Working predominately as General Manager Operations, over 14 years he played an instrumental part in the company's growth and success. Rob has spent the last four years with Gareth Morgan's family office overseeing portfolio management and operations. Rob has a broad range of skills and experience, across back office, portfolio management, tax, and regulatory environments.

Starting out her career in financial services in London Liza moved into recruitment within the funds management industry for over 25 years. Through the creation of her own business LinchPin Consulting Liza has undertaken recruitment and strategic consulting that has built out countless successful teams and has an unparalleled network in the industry here in New Zealand.

Dave joined Gareth Morgan Investments at its inception and led its technology strategy from a small start-up to a medium sized business under the Kiwi Wealth banner. During this time he architected and implemented a complete in-house registry and customer reporting system that allowed the KiwiSaver Scheme, Superannuation, and Managed Funds businesses to scale to over $4 billion under management with over 190,000 members. Dave has been part of Gareth Morgan' s family office team for the last four years.
